It’s time to vote for the Mississippi Coast boys Athlete of the Week for December 11

Winter sports are in full swing and basketball athletes are back in the poll. Also featured this week is a standout from the annual North vs South Bernard Blackwell All Star Game.

Nominees this week are from Biloxi, Pascagoula, Harrison Central, Picayune and Ocean Springs.

This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at noon Monday, Dec. 18, at sunherald.com.

  • Reginald Conner, Biloxi basketball: Conner scored 18 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out four assists in a win over D’Iberville.
  • Kelan Rich, Pascagoula basketball: Rich dropped 33 points for the Panthers in a win over Long Beach.
  • Aujaylon Barron, Harrison Central basketball: Barron scored 19 points in a win over Gulfport.
  • JB McWilliams, Picayune football: McWilliams was named the South team Defensive Player of the Game in the annual Bernard Blackwell All Star game.
  • Maddox Noblitt, Ocean Springs basketball: Noblitt scored 22 points in a win against St. Martin.
