It’s volleyball season in South Mississippi and the fall competition is in full swing. Teams from Resurrection, Our Lady Academy and Pass Christian are reloading after their trips to the final round of the playoffs came up empty in 2021.
The Vancleave Bulldogs are out to defend it’s 5A state championship while the Long Beach Bearcats are looking to make it back to the title round.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast is a hotbed for volleyball talent in the state and 2022 should be no different.
