Nine schools want this Ocean Springs quarterback, including Alabama and Nick Saban
Ocean Springs quarterback and Southern Miss baseball commit Bray Hubbard has picked up a scholarship offer to play football at Alabama, according to his Twitter account.
Hubbard is a two-sport star who is currently in between seasons. The rising senior is coming off of his best year on the diamond and now heading into the football season as the reigning 6A Mr. Football of Mississippi.
In 2021, Hubbard threw for over 2,000 yards and ran for over 1,200 yards as the Greyhounds’ quarterback. He led Ocean Springs to an 11-1 record and its first playoff win since 2014.
Hubbard now has nine football offers, including ones from Southern Miss, Tulane and Troy.
