It’s time to vote for the Sun Herald of the Week for Feb. 28. This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at 6 p.m. Friday, March 4.
We have athletes representing D’Iberville, Stone, Vancleave, Christian Collegiate and Harrison Central in this week’s poll.
The boys and girls athletes play baseball, basketball and softball.

- Max Miller, Vancleave baseball: Miller pitched five scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts against Pearl River Central.
- Gehrig Conard, Stone baseball: Conard pitched 21 outs and recorded 20 of them via strikeout.
- Hans Jackson, Christian Collegiate basketball: Jackson scored 24 points vs. Bayou Academy, including the game-winning three-pointer.
- Laila Walker, Harrison Central basketball: Walker scored 26 points against Pascagoula to help clinch a spot in the final four.
- Maddix Smith, D’Iberville softball: Smith had four hits in four at-bats, including two doubles and three RBIs in win over Poplarville.
