It’s once again time to vote for our next Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 25.

This week we have players representing Harrison Central, West Harrison, Biloxi, Picayune and Christian Collegiate.

They are boys and girls athletes representing soccer and basketball.

Here are this week’s nominations:

  • Nathan Patrick, Christian Collegiate boys basketball: Patrick is back in the poll after dropping 40 points against Amite School Center.
  • Hayleigh Breland, Harrison Central girls basketball: Hayleigh recorded a double-double in a win over Gulfport with 17 points and 10 assists.
  • Alicia Arnold, West Harrison girls basketball: Alicia had 18 points against Gulfport and 15 points versus Long Beach.
  • Shaneal Corpuz, Biloxi girls basketball: Shaneal notched a triple-double against Hancock with 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 blocks. Followed up with 18 points and 10 rebounds against Davidson.
  • Jake Naquin, Picayune boys soccer: Jake registered a hat trick in a 5-0 win over West Harrison.

This is not a scientific poll, and you can submit votes as many times as you’d like until voting closes on Friday.
