Prep roundup: Several hat tricks and more offensive explosions highlight Tuesday’s action

St. Martin 51, Bay 36: Jaronn Wilkens scored 21 points and added 10 rebounds to lead the Yellow Jackets (8-3). Trez Kennedy added 15 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals.

George County 59, D’Iberville 58: Cameron Hartfield scored 21 and Jaquan Hawkins netted 15 points to lead GCHS. D’Iberville (5-4) was led by Lazarius Ratliff’s 14-point effort. Clint Hawkins also scored 12 for the Warriors.

Harrison Central 75, Pascagoula 29: DeAsia Booker and Chyna Allen led HCHS with 15 and 14 points respectively. Da’Mia Henry and Yolanda Nelson each scored 12.

St. Martin girls 68, Bay 33: Octaviuna Oatis led SMHS (9-3) with a career-high 26 points. Paola Torres scored nine, while Alyssa Stewart and Daphane White added eight apiece. Breanna Fountain scored 15 to lead Bay.

Poplarville girls 49, Lumberton 40: Jasmine Merrill scored 31 to pace PHS on Monday night. Tytiana Buckley added 14.

St. Stanislaus 75, Christian Collegiate Academy 35: Alex Conley scored 10 points for CCA (0-3) on Monday.

Lamar Christian girls 67, CCA 19: Sam Burleson led CCA with 14 points.

Gulfport girls 57, West Harrison 29: Dywana Parker scored 16 points for GHS. Aley Woodberry, Whitney Johnson and Jerkia McInnis each scored nine.

Gulfport 62, West Harrison 42: Juan Irias led GHS with 16 points. Derick Hall and Nate Hudson each had 10.

Pascagoula 69, Harrison Central 59: Dyasmond Booker led the Panthers (6-4) with 20 points. Dequan Weatherspoon and Jonas Burley scored 18 and 14 points apiece.

Stone 89, Forrest County AHS 69: Dalan Breland and Enrique Whaley scored 16 and 14 points respectively to lead the Tomcats.

Other scores: Lamar Christian 64, CCA 25; Long Beach 52 Vancleave 38.

Soccer

St. Stanislaus 4, Bay 0: Beau Rimmer scored twice, with Parker Slade and Charlie DeMetz adding goals. Stephen Schruff and Lee Negrotto split the shutout in goal.

Ocean Springs 9, Pascagoula 0: Caleb Burke netted a hat trick to lead the Greyhounds (7-3-1). Zak Fernandez, Cody Pierce, K.J. Mack, Brandon Pasquini, Caleb Self, Cody Pierce all scored, too. Ethan Pepper earned the shutout in goal.

Gulfport girls 3, Biloxi 0: Kayley Holloway scored all three goals for GHS (4-5-4, 2-0). Lizzy Pringle accounted for two assists and Maddie Wadsworth added one of her own.

George County girls 6, Petal 1: Kaley Smith and Brooke Tanner each scored twice for GCHS (11-1-1, 1-0), with A.K. Pilger and Olivia Simpson adding goals. Skyler Steede earned the win in goal.

Ocean Springs girls 7, Pascagoula 0: Emma Hunt, Madison Ezell, Anslee Harris, Kelsay Himel, Caroline Pocreva, Kaylee Foster and Danielle Pasquini all scored for OSHS (8-3-1).

Biloxi 2, Gulfport 1 (OT): After being tied 1-1 through regulation and overtime, Biloxi topped Gulfport 4-3 in penalty kicks to earn the rivalry win.

Long Beach 3, Resurrection 2: Brennan Ladner scored twice and Jerome Ruffins added the game winner for LBHS.
