Littles, Picayune rout Pearl River Central to win Region 4-5A crown
Running back Josh Littles ran for 288 yards and scored four touchdowns as Picayune trounced Pearl River Central 49-7 on Friday night at Hendrix Stadium.
The Maroon Tide (10-1) will host Wingfield in a first-round 5A playoff contest next week at Lee-Triplett Staduim.
Littles scored on runs of 17, 21, 45 and 71 yards out.
Blake Merrifield scored on runs of 8 and 9 yards out.
Skylar Bowman scored on a 13-yard TD run for the Maroon Tide.
