MSU’s English bulldog mascot passes away
It’s a sad day for Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Champ, an English bulldog who once served as mascot Bully, passed away on Sunday, MSU’s athletic department announced on Twitter.
Champ was 11 years old.

Bulldogs with the nickname Bully have served as live mascots at MSU for decades — the original Bully trotted on the football field in 1935.
