Gulf Coast tennis sweeps Holmes

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College's tennis teams swept Holmes in Goodman on Tuesday. The girls won 9-0 and the No. 18 boys won 8-1.

The Lady Bulldogs (5-2) dropped only three games in the doubles matches.

Lexi Johnson won the No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-0, as did Anna Stevison at No. 5 singles.

The Bulldogs improved to 6-1 on the season.

Three singles players won 6-0, 6-0: No. 2 Sam Blackburn, No. 5 Chris Diep and No. 6 Brennan O'Keefe.
