Game time announced for Southern Miss-Louisiana Tech football game

The game time is finally set for the Southern Miss-Louisiana Tech football game.

Conference USA announced Monday that the contest will kick off at 11 a.m. on Nov. 28 at Joe Aillet Stadium in Ruston, La. It will be televised regionally on Fox Sports Network.

The contest has a good chance to decide the winner in the Conference USA West with USM (6-3, 4-1) and Louisiana Tech (6-3, 4-1) tied atop the division at the moment.

The winner of the West will advance to play the East title holder in the Conference USA title game on Dec. 5.

Louisiana Tech hosts North Texas Saturday while USM is in a bye week before it travels to Rice on Nov. 14.
