Southern Miss offensive line coach no longer on staff, inside source says
Offensive Line coach and run game coordinator Jeremy Darveau is no longer on staff at Southern Miss, a source close to the football team confirmed Monday.
Darveau spent one season on head coach Will Hall’s coaching staff. The Golden Eagles finished 2021 11th in Conference USA in rushing yards per game and last in sacks allowed.
Southern Miss has not publicly confirmed the news.
Multiple reports indicate Liberty offensive line coach Sam Gregg is expected to join Hall’s staff as offensive coordinator. Hall did not employ an OC this past season.
