Former Gulfport High standout Richaud Floyd had a career performance at Missouri.

Floyd returned a punt 85 yards for a touchdown and had a TD reception as the Tigers hammered Idaho 68-21 on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.

The third-year sophomore discussed his special teams touchdown with Missouri reporters after the game.

"I really couldn't believe how open it was," Floyd told MUTigers.com. "The people on our team did a great job blocking and I just did the rest. I just try to do as much as I can on the field. Running punts back, catching passes, that's what I' supposed to do. I'm a football player."
