SWAC awards Alcorn State softball player
The SWAC named Alcorn State catcher Jessica Crum its softball hitter of the week.
The junior from Prairieville, La. had four straight multiple-hit contests. Five of her 12 hits are extra bases, including two homers.
Crum leads the Lady Braves in batting average (.632), slugging percentage (1.105), total bases (21) and RBIs (10).
