PASCAGOULA -- Police say there's a new twist to the case involving a missing man found at the Jackson County jail.
Randy Collins was arrested for public drunkenness in March, but when he used a fake name, it came back to a man wanted on charges of auto burglary and felony shoplifting. Collins has now been released from jail and turned over to relatives. Collins's brother and a woman remain jailed on a charge of neglect of a vulnerable adult.
