GULFPORT -- A Chancery Court judge has dismissed Gulfport's lawsuit to annex 2.5 square miles of Harrison County. The property Gulfport wanted to annex included more than one square mile owned by developer James Frisby. His Pitcher Point Investments had struck an agreement with Gulfport to bring city services to his property. The Sun Herald will update this story later today.
