A 6-year-old thrown from a boat Saturday has died.
Blake Richardson of Bay St. Louis was pronounced dead by coroner Norma Stiglet at 11:37 p.m. Saturday.
An autopsy is planned later today, Stiglet said.
The child was a passenger in a recreational boat that collided head-on with another craft Saturday on the Jourdan River at Rotten Bayou, said Lauren Thompson of the state Department of Marine Resources.
