The three coastal counties will be under a hard freeze warning again tonight as temperatures will hit the mid-20s mark.
The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued the warning, which begins at midnight and lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday.
Temperatures are expected to reach freezing, 32 degrees, by midnight and drop into the 20s before dawn. Residents should continue precautions for exposed pipes, plants and pets.
