Tyler Carmona is a Miami-raised sports journalist and the son of Cuban parents. He has written for Sports Illustrated and worked as a local TV news reporter. A graduate of the University of Florida, he recently completed his master’s degree at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. Carmona also played football at Savannah State University.
