Sound Off

Where is seating at music venues for those who need it?

REROUTE US

I’m trying to get home on U.S. 90, Irish Hill was out of commission for a week before the city decided to put out a press release. People are parked on the side of the road blocking one of the two lanes of traffic. I guess this is progress.

RETHINK THIS

I am sitting in a wheelchair in the concert hall at a Biloxi casino waiting for a band that is an Eagles “tribute” band. Problem is, there are NO SEATS! The crowd here is in their 60s and up (my wife and I will be 70 this year). There is no seating, everyone is expected to stand for the couple hours of this concert. Wonder what brain-trust casino exec thought up this stupid venue.

REBEADING?

Where can we take old Mardi Gras beads for recycling?

RETAKING

It looks like the United Kingdom’s voters have decided to take back their country. Hopefully, other countries will follow, including the United States of America.

RELIEF

You know it’s hot down here and I see no reason for the tint of my windows to bother you. If you don’t like it just look the other way so my kids aren’t hot.

REREADING

The print in your new look is WAY too small for older people.

REALLY APPRECIATED

Thank you to the person or persons who repaired the cemetery gate at Free Church of God at Three Rivers Road and O’Neal Road. Many thanks and God bless.
