Self-egotism is redundant. "Ego" already means "self."

To all you yahoos who opened their businesses on Thanksgiving and intend to do the same on Christmas, shame on you.

Gracious me!

Ho-ho-ho, 'tis the season to leave manners, etiquette and gracious behavior behind. Very merry brings the worst out in too many of us.

You may have seen ISIS is destroying monuments in Syria to erase history they do not like. You may have seen New Orleans is destroying monuments in an attempt to erase history they do not like.

Traitors to the party

Our Republican representative, Steven Palazzo, voted against the budget deal, but both of our Republican senators, Cochran and Wicker, voted for it. This budget has more pork than previous Democrat budgets had, proving the two senators are traitors to their party, along with many others. No wonder Trump is so popular.
