Sound Off for Dec. 14

The person who believes that our country was built on separation of church and government not on Christian values does not read history. The pilgrims came to America to worship God freely. Every signer if the Declaration of Independence signed the document with the words "endowed by their Creator." Besides, you will not find "separation of church and state" in the Constitution.

New profession

Over the last 75 years for president we have elected a haberdasher, a peanut farmer, a soldier, an actor, and a couple of liars. Maybe we should give a real estate developer a chance. Whatta ya think?

Wake up

The voters in this country are in for a rude awakening if they actually think that some one like Donald Trump or Ben Carson cares about them. They are both out for themselves. Do the voters really want a bully in the White House that delights in bashing other people? Wake up America, before it is too late.

Comments unwelcome

So I was a groomsmen in a wedding today. After the reception we went to a casino bar that was very crowded and smoky. I was sniffling because I have allergies and the smoke was bad and I overheard a woman telling her guy to look at me because I was a coke head because I was sniffling. I overheard her and called them out and explained my disposition. They were offended and the woman tried to get loud with me as the man ducked his head into the bar because he realized she was obviously in the wrong. After some words were exchanged they both left the bar. They are both very lucky that I am a very level-headed guy because most other people would have escalated that situation much further. When you judge people, make sure you know what you are talking about or keep you words to yourself.
