Sad development

I think the tree removal at Gulfport Regional Planning Commission is really sad. I have not thought of that property for a long time, but it is too beautiful to destroy.

Bocce ball, anyone?

We recently moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from Key West and are looking for bocce ball courts and players. If anyone can help us locate folks who share in our passion for this sport, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really?

I find it humorous that the five Gulfport Council members think asphalt is more aesthetically pleasing than live trees. Really? What will we gain from more asphalt. Perhaps some different Council members would be better for the green space.
