Money and politics
The Supreme Court decision to allow unlimited financial donations as an expression of free speech, along with its past decision in “Citizens United” treating businesses as people, will let the oligarchs dominate political money with their deep pockets. Money talks, every day people walk, except for the power of the vote. Vote yourself and convince any pessimistic friends to do the same.
Pollyanna
To the climate change denier, no wonder you’re hot, why with your head stuck in the sand.
ICE fright
In McAllen, Texas, Sister Leticia Ugboaja, a nun, was arrested by ICE while walking to Mass on Sunday in her habit. She is also a registered nurse in the South Texas Health System. After intervention by members of Congress, she was back home by Monday. There is no way she could be thought of as the worst of the worst that ICE is supposed to be rounding up.
An observation
It was wonderful seeing the entire country come together to celebrate this country’s bicentennial. It is equally sad to see the deranged left trashing the 250 celebration because of their irrational hatred of one man.
Transgender athletes
I can’t believe all the posts about transgender athletes. How many are we talking about? I’d rather talk about all the sexually abused children. It’s just red meat and a distraction from the Epstein files not being released.
Lot of RINOs
It’s amazing how many Republican lawmakers are actually RINOs. You’d think with President Trump’s success and the way recent elections have gone, there would be even more America First and MAGA Republicans.
Own it
Republicans are increasingly trashing Donald Trump in private, but praising him in public because he demands it...or else. This two-faced garbage is no way to govern America. At least the Democrats say it out loud instead of hiding behind closed doors.
