Blessed

I’m fortunate to have witnessed both the bicentennial and the 250 anniversary of America. This milestone shouldn’t be partisan, yet I’ve seen multiple leftist news people speak in opposition, and that’s their right. But know this: You’re outnumbered. We the people, veterans and family of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, even 250 years ago, did it for the ground you stand on. So, at the very least, believe we live in the best country on the planet, because it belongs to you.

Helping Venezuela

Of course, it’s appropriate to send humanitarian aid to Venezuela following its devastating earthquakes. That’s what America does, and it’s one of the things that makes us a great nation. In this case, it’s especially appropriate because our past interference in Venezuela’s affairs contributed to the instability the country has faced.

Do better

When Biloxi policemen, and all policemen, should be setting an example for us civilians, I saw a Biloxi patrolman change lanes right in front of me on the interstate, no turn signal, then, abruptly exit the interstate to the inside shoulder, again, no turn signal, no four-way flashers, no blue lights. Several of us had to slow down abruptly to keep from running over him. I wonder whether the colleague he was meeting in the median gave him a ticket.

Vaccines

The Pentagon restored its stand on flu shots being optional. It’s back to being mandatory. If only we’d stop listening to politicians instead of scientists.

TACOs at the Pentagon?

Notice how Sec. Hegseth was loud when announcing the end of the vaccine mandate and quiet when he’s forced to bring it back.

Iran war

The Iranian theocracy needs an Armageddon to fulfill their religion’s idea of the end times. That is the danger they present to the world. President Trump’s bombing campaign replaced the existing hard-line regime with one that is more extreme and vengeful while degrading, but not eliminating, their war-fighting capabilities. The result of the war is an attempt to create a document similar to the one he tore up in 2018. Trump, of course, claims it to be a better deal. Please read and compare them to see that it isn’t.

Democrats

I’m scratching my head over the Democrat Socialists of America. This movement is going to take the entire party down the toilet. It’s never worked anywhere, you get promised the moon and end up in a soup line. After 250 years of freedom we see these radicals gaining traction in primaries and that has been in the making by elites in colleges and universities for 2 decades now. The antisemitism that comes along with these Socialists is going to be the nail in the coffin.

Reflecting pool

Don’t let the millions of dollars we wasted “fixing” the reflecting pool distract you from the fact we still haven’t seen the Epstein files.

Typical

The reflecting pool is the perfect metaphor for Washington, D.C. President Trump is trying to clean it up, while the swamp is doing everything it can to keep it dirty.

It was me

Okay I admit it. I cut a 350-foot gash in the reflecting pool with a box cutter. Took me a couple days. Can’t believe no one stopped me. A couple National Guard guys gave me a high five. Anyway, just wanted to clear things up about what actually happened.

No-bid contract

You mean the no-bid contract that President Trump awarded one of his donors turned out terribly? I don’t believe it.

Too much MAGA?

To say you want normal statesmen? Do you mean like the Biden administration and his DEI cabinet? Or the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, because he’s doing a great job and I hope he runs for president in 2028.
