Honoring Deputy Jimerson

Seeing all the people who came from near and far to honor Mike Jimerson was a powerful statement of who he was and what he did.

Why?

Funny how Ocean Springs did not adopt the stronger building code standards. Why? Now our citizens don’t qualify for roof grants. Please think of your residents when approving new projects. Our taxes put money in the budget also. We have to live and work here.

Thank you, Sun Herald, for the story about the roof grant program and the many people who will be unable to take advantage of this program.

Peace prize

Just waiting for President Trump’s gaslighters to demand he receive a peace prize for his failing ceasefire in his unnecessary non-war in Iran. Frankly, he has achieved none of the goals of the war.

Worth a shot

I mean, diplomacy has never worked with Iran. I don’t really see the big problem with threatening to bomb them back into the Stone Age. That seems to be the only thing we haven’t tried.

Can’t be trusted

Simply put, Iran can’t be trusted. I’m all on board with the Trump Administration doing whatever they see fit in Iran.
