Checkmate
It’s hilarious to watch President Trump play 4D chess while the liberals play tic-tac-toe.
Mission Accomplished
The only thing this declaration of victory in Iran is lacking is a giant “Mission Accomplished” banner. The strait is still all but closed, rockets are still raining down and Iran’s leaders still hate America.
Courage
Every single president since Bill Clinton received the same intelligence briefing on Iran’s nuclear timeline. Every single one was told the window was closing. Every single one chose to kick it down the road because the political cost of acting was higher than the political cost of waiting. The difference between President Trump and every president before him isn’t intelligence. They all had the same data. The difference is courage.
Wagging the dog
President Trump needed a war with Iran to distract from Epstein. But the war turned out to be such a legacy destroying debacle that now he needs Epstein to distract from the war. So he trots out Melania.
Pay attention
President Trump is leveraging Iran to control the world’s oil and, in-turn, using it against China and others. Brilliant.
25th Amendment
I keep seeing calls for President Trump to be removed, via the 25th Amendment. Where were all these Democrats at when an incapacitated Joe Biden was stumbling around the White House.
The swamp
The last few months have shown that the GOP is only marginally better than the Democrats.
Keep going
Daniel Stallworth is doing an amazing job representing himself, his family and South Mississippi on “American Idol.” Here’s hoping he goes all the way.
Don’t stop believin’
I believe. The Moss Point singer on American Idol has made a fan out of me.
Black Spring Break
So Biloxi loves and welcomes Cruisin’ The Coast, but pretty much forces Black Spring Break out of town. Interesting how that works.
Not welcome?
There was a shooting in 2021. There was a man nearly killed last year in a crash. Black Spring Break? No, Cruisin’ The Coast.
Come back soon
I hope that, despite Biloxi’s best efforts, we continue to welcome visitors to town for Black Spring Break every year.
