No chance

The Wildlife Services wants us to eat nutria, a rodent. I know some people do eat them, but to encourage it? These rodents eat everything, including dead meat, and you think that’s a good source for food?

Steak and lobster angst

Steak and lobster has been a military tradition for 75 years, across both Democratic and Republican administrations. As misguided as their criticism is, it is nice for once to see Democrats concerned about government spending. It’s a shame that they weren’t as concerned about their own party’s spending of needless trillions during the Biden administration. Across four years, that spending, on average, added 21.4% to the cost of everything. That’s almost 90% of the rise in prices since January 2021.

Sparklight

Thanks again, Sparklight. You took the Braves off the air, and The Weather channel we could depend on and several good shows that we have watched for years. Th only thing you haven’t done is lower the price. What we need is another choice from a respected company.

Lack of services

Somebody is just realizing that rural areas are lacking healthcare services. And we keep voting for representatives who cut funding for everything except the military.

He’s our president

I sleep well at night knowing that I voted for, and fully support, President Trump. The utter hatred for Trump by the Democrats is not in the best interest of our country when it results in hurting us as a whole. You may not understand half the country supporting him, just as I cannot understand supporting Biden or Harris. Get over it, please.

Help needed

Hopefully someone with the county reads this. The streets and curbs on the west side of Cypress Pointe subdivision are in horrible shape. As many tax-paying citizens as there are in this area, we deserve better than what we have.

Now we want friends?

So we just spent the last however long insulting friends, talking about taking over their land and increasing tariffs on them. And now we’re begging them to help us with a war none of them wanted? Good planning.
