How it should be
People seem to be upset that Sec. Hegseth isn’t giving up the entirety of our Iran plans during press conferences. Well, he shouldn’t be. We should be doing exactly what we are doing: Attacking with ferocity and not giving anyone a heads-up as to what is next.
What must be done
Kudos to the Trump Administration for doing what needed to be done in Venezuela, Iran and soon-to-be Cuba.
Hormuz
The Strait of Hormuz has long been known as a chokepoint for oil traffic and its subsequent effect on the world economy. Effective planning should have completely neutralized Iran’s ability to close the strait using drones and mines from day one. The longer Iran retains this ability, the stronger the indication of poor war planning by this administration and a much longer conflict.
Lack of planning
Not having a good quick answer to the oil shipping dilemma created by the easiiy blocked narrow Hormuz channel is an indicator of poor planning.
Water rate
I am happy for those seniors that qualify for water-rate reduction. Unfortunately, at 93 years of age, my retired income exceeds $45,000, so I don’t qualify, and neither will many senior citizens. In fact, my last billing was double the previous month and was over $125.00. Those who make $45,000 or less certainly need a reduced rate, but so do the rest of us.
List the teams
The SEC and other conferences came out with the brackets for their conference basketball tournaments days ago. If you would go to any number of websites you could find out the teams that are actually playing and not just put TBA. You could do better.
Hating the president
It’s good to see another wall-to-wall anti-Trump Sound Off.
