Finally

Iran has, for decades, thumbed its nose at the international community and sponsored terror across the Middle East and the world. Kudos to President Trump for acting to end the nonsense.

Nuclear deal

Just to be clear, Obama most certainly did have a nuclear deal with Iran. The deal was that Iran pinky-promised to not build nuclear weapons. In return, Obama would give Iran access to $100 billion, money that funded its nuclear weapons program.

WMD

Anyone remember Saddam Hussein and his alleged “weapons of mass destruction“ ? How’d that work out?

Looking for a war

President Trump is hell-bent on starting a war to prevent being ousted from power. Congress needs to do its job. War can only be declared by Congress, so Trump is attacking Iran hoping it will retaliate.

How many wars now?

When this war with Iran is over, does President Peace get to claim that he has ended 9 wars now?

Red lines

I never thought an AI tech company could be heroic, but congratulations to Anthropic for refusing to give the Pentagon unrestricted access to their technology, which could have many undemocratic uses for an authoritarian administration.

Jackpots

Every week I read in the paper about the $100,000 winners. The latest placed a $200 spin. He played for 16 minutes. I figure the average slot player would probably spin 8-10 times a minute. At $200 that would be $12,800 to $16,000 before he hit the $100,000. What do you think the chances are that he had just walked in the casino and walked to that machine and then walked out after only playing 16 minutes? All these winners I bet are losers in the long run. You should only print the total win or lose the person had for the day. I would think there would be very few $100,000 winners.
