Enough
Everyone knows how all this civil disrespect during governmental events started and with whom, but I agree, it needs to stop. Individualism is most welcome every time over blind obedience.
State of the Union
It was Republican Rep. Joe Wilson who shouted out “You lie!,” to President Obama during one of his televised speeches. Also, in 2010, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito visibly shook his head and mouthed the word “no” when President Obama was talking about Citizens United. I watch the State of the Union address every year, and I can tell you that many times Republicans have stayed in their seats when they should have stood. Quit bring a hypocrite and admit that we have lost our decorum because our president set that tone long ago. Now, shall we discuss the numerous lies told by our president at that speech?
Embarrassing
I’ll tell you what the State of the Union really is: Shameful. Embarrassing. Pathetic. And that goes for Democrats and Republicans alike. Nothing an enormous sinkhole couldn’t fix the next time everyone is gathered together.
Goes both ways
Funny how the writer saying Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith is 100% MAGA, forgot to mentions That Rep. Bennie Thompson is 100% left-wing Democrat. Before putting blame on someone else look around your own party, and see what is going on.
Only the best
Donald Trump’s new pick for Surgeon General apparently no longer has a medical license, holds the current job title of influencer and is already doing the bob and weave before Congress to dodge legitimate questions. This should be a disqualification, so my money is on Republicans affirming her immediately. Wow, another perfect choice.
Stale rhetoric
Illegal immigrant rhetoric is getting old. Is that all you’ve got? What else is happening in our country? Are we great yet? Are we globally respected? Is your wallet fuller? Are you happier?
Please explain
All high-level notables that appear over and over in the Epstein files should be required to testify in the investigation by the Republican-led committee. Please explain “why” President Trump, whose name appears more than 5,000 times, is not subpoenaed.
