Tariff block
Congrats to the Supreme Court for finally standing up against President Trump’s single decision-maker mentality. At least now we can pin ridiculously stupid actions on the Congress. Rule of law is not entirely dead, at least for now.
Keesler giveaway
So, Keesler Federal Credit Union is forgiving debt and passing out “free” money. I am a member, which in a credit union means part owner. To reward me for being responsible with my money and not going into debt, they give my money away. That makes them sound like the Democratic Party. I need to reconsider my association with this organization. If they wanted to be “fair” and pass out some “free” money, maybe they should consider just dividing it up and passing it to all the members. That way, everyone gets something.
Mass shooting
At least three writers to this column are making assumptions about the cause of “another” shooting by a reportedly trans person. This is a case of jumping to conclusions about a situation they know nothing about and using any opportunity to disparage trans people. What about the other 99% of shooters who aren’t trans? Please give us your vast knowledge of these motives, too.
Here’s why
I am so tired of hearing MAGA’s ask why didn’t Biden release the Epstein files. That has been answered repeatedly, do your own research, if you want the truth. Here is the answer, again. The Epstein case was an open criminal investigation during the Biden administration. They had an open grand jury. And even after Maxwell’s conviction, the case was on appeal — anyone in law enforcement knows you don’t open your case file when it’s still under appeal. Victims were still going to the FBI with information during Biden’s term, but that changed when President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice reviewed the files and closed the case in July.
Election fraud
There is none so blind as he who will not see. What will you do when the evidence is overwhelming?
No accountability
Former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol was given a life sentence for leading an insurrection. What does Trump get? Reelected.
Same old thing
Maybe if the Democrats would spend more time trying to do things for the country, instead of spending all their time attacking President Trump, we’d all be better off.
