Shame

Shame on Biloxi and the coliseum for the way they are treating homeowners. They wouldn’t be stealing the land from wealthy citizens. I hope they take them to court. Houses that close to the beach that survived should be saved.

We made the list

We finally made the lowest list, number of vaccinations. On the highest list; number of non-institutionalized people without healthcare. I guess that means prisoners have better access to healthcare than middle class Mississippians! Let that sink in.

Epstein said

So Jeffrey Epstein described Donald Trump as “borderline insane” in one of his recently released emails. We really didn’t need for him to tell us that. It has been fairly obvious even to the most casual observer.

The Epstein list

It blows my mind that there isn’t 100-percent agreement that anyone and everyone, Democrat or Republican, involved in any way with the trafficking of young girls should pay the heaviest of prices. I guess for some, on both sides, politics is more important than anything.

Thank you

Tonight, Nov. 12, a water line broke on 22nd Avenue in Gulfport and a 5-man water company crew came to fix it. They worked so hard, knew just what to do, and did their work professionally and courteously. Using shovels to heavy equipment they worked for hours, with no breaks, just steadily finding and repairing the problem. Several times the water gushed higher than the power lines and poured on the crew. This is a heartfelt thank you to each of those men. They are truly remarkable and appreciated.

Drop in the bucket

Wow, $2,000 to help pay our bills. That won’t last a week. I’m just hoping Medicare and Social Security will survive. Maybe we old folk will need to get jobs. Wait, we already do.

What did we win?

Usually when one side loses, they know what they have lost. And winners usually get a prize. What do we win for passing that big ugly bill? Fighting for things where you gain nothing is insane.
