Trust?

Whether it has to do with ICE arrests or blowing up boats, there sure does seem to be a lot of “just trust us” coming from our leaders. And, boy, do I not trust them at all.

Give up, already

At this point Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom should stop defending Ol’ Joe. He obviously was subdued, mentally for sure. We all get old, but to continue the lying is an albatross. It’s going to cost Democrats.

President in Asia

President Trump’s Asian trip is off the charts. He bailed out American farmers and fentanyl will be brought to a halt. China is fearful of America again, as it should be.

Why the cuts?

Why does Congress choose to cut food and healthcare instead of defense? Are we trying to draw people into the military to survive?

Winning

China bought 27 million metric tons of soybeans from U.S. farmers in 2024. But somehow this new “deal” to buy significantly less is a huge victory for President Trump.

Soybean deal

President Trump tanked soybean exports, cost farmers billions, and now wants credit for China partially restoring what he destroyed. Breaking your own window then claiming victory for agreeing to fix it.

No empathy

I’ve never had to apply for food stamps, but I don’t think it’s humane or Christian to just take it away without warnings. America is supposed to be the richest country in the world; probably because of billionaires, but it makes us look bad.

Let’s go, Democrats

The minority party continues to prevent the government from functioning and everyday Americans are feeling the pain. Get over yourself and make a deal.

Who do they think they are?

What gives Democrats the right to think they should be allowed any control in Congress? They were soundly routed at the ballot box and are now pitching a fit because of it.

Immigration

I don’t quite understand why many immigrants come to the United States for a better future, then try to change our government, laws and principles into the policies of the country they came from. Why not stay where you came from instead and make your native country to your liking. If you can’t assimilate to our culture, please don’t come.

Stop talking

If the governor of Louisiana keeps this up, we’re looking at Head Coach Ed Orgeron again.

Vance at Ole Miss

Vice President JD Vance went straight into the debate unfiltered at Ole Miss. I watched the next president of the United States engage our youth in awe. Leadership isn’t taught, some are born with it.
