Crossed the line
President Trump has crossed the red line. He has told his so-called “independent” Department of Justice Attorney General Pam Bondi to “go after” any of his political opponents. This is weaponizing the rule of law against democracy itself. Bondi is not his personal attorney.
Pelosi specifics
For the commenter requesting specifics: Forbes headline (9/29/23) “Trump mocks hammer attack on Pelosi’s husband in incendiary speech” in which he said he would” stand up to crazy Nancy Pelosi,” asking a crowd of supporters “How'’ her husband doing, by the way?” Continuing the following year: Headline from the newspaper The Hill (9/9/24) “Trump joking about attack on her husband was ‘sick’.” Trump’s quote: “Nancy Pelosi has a big wall wrapped around her house. Of course, it didn’t help too much with the problem she had, did it?” Pelosi’s response noted she doesn’t have a wall around her house, additionally saying “to make a joke of that, and then they laughed at that.” Additionally, DJT Jr. retweeted a photo of a “Paul Pelosi Halloween costume” featuring underwear and a hammer.
All in the numbers
At the end of the day, Jimmy Kimmel getting fired was a business decision. If you go back and check his ratings from 2010 to 2025, his ratings have plummeted. That is what happens when you alienate half of your audience.
Not worried
In response to the Sound Off “Fighting Back,” with no vision and out-of-touch evil, left wing extremist leaders, Democrats do not have to worry about being in control anytime soon.
Fire the CEO
Hey Cracker Barrel, I have always liked the legit home cooked tasting meals and the nostalgic ambience of the interior and exterior of the restaurants. It’s a feel good place to dine. The new CEO completely misunderstood the brand and customer with the new logo and remodeling the locations. Now it becomes public that the leadership started mucking around in the kitchen as well. I don’t want microwave warmed meat loaf. I can do that at home in a pinch.
Where were you?
All this outpouring for Charlie Kirk from conservatives is so hypocritical. Where were you when the Democratic congresswoman was murdered in her home for doing her job? I heard nothing from FOX News or the president.
Health care
I just read that we are about to get the largest health care cost increase since 2010. Donald Trump is our president, and Republicans own both houses of Congress. I know that President Trump promised the best and cheapest health care in the history of our country. He promised this in 2016 and 2024. He sure waited a long time to implement it. Now, we realize he has conned us again.
