Well done, drivers ...

I wanted to share a recent observation that really made my day. While driving around Biloxi, I witnessed something truly commendable. On three separate occasions, I saw an ambulance, a fire truck, and a police car—all responding in emergency mode with lights and sirens blaring. To my pleasant surprise, every single vehicle in the vicinity quickly and responsibly pulled to the right side of the road to yield, just as required by state law. In a world where we often hear more about the negatives, it’s refreshing to highlight such positive behavior. Kudos to the drivers of Biloxi for their prompt and law-abiding response. It’s moments like these that remind us of the good in our community. Keep up the great work, Biloxi drivers.

... but not here

The Long Beach intersection of Pineville road and Seal Avenue must be the nuttiest in the whole Gulf Coast.

That’s a change

Suddenly, “hate speech” is bad. Suddenly, “dehumanizing” people is bad. Suddenly, “cancel culture” is good. Suddenly words have consequences. The modern American right in 2025, folks.

Kimmel

Obama and the Sun Hearld, to include the McClatchy group, ABC, NBC and CNN, are engaged in defending Jimmy Kimmel. Fact is, Disney sat him down. It had nothing to do with free speech or President Trump.

Fighting back

The folks at FOX News better hope the Democrats don’t ever control our government again, because they will remember how President Trump is running roughshod over the media and will reciprocate.

Works both ways

If free speech is found to be so sacred why do the legacy media refuse to allow the other side a voice? Also, there is a big difference between free speech and outright lying. Shame on Jimmy Kimmel.

It’s not tough

The New York Times reports that ABC is considering ways to put Jimmy Kimmel back on the air. That’s easy! “Mr. Kimmel, there is your stage. Go get ‘em!“

What’s the big deal?

President Trump just said on Fox that Jimmy Kimmel said something horrible about Charlie Kirk. I heard Kimmel say that a MAGA guy killed him. How is that saying a horrible thing about Charlie Kirk?

Is this what you want?

Jimmy Kimmel was removed for saying something that was allegedly untrue. Considering all the questionable things that have been said on FOX News and other conservative outlets, is that really a battle y’all want to fight?

Free speech

Thank you, Sound Off, for still allowing a forum for free speech. The Trump-appointed FCC chairman voices displeasure about Jimmy Kimmel commentary on politics, and he is gone from the airways. Some of the national business community is continuing to value profits over American free speech. First Stephen Colbert, then Jimmy Kimmel, who’s next?: Brian Kilmeade for advocating killing the mentally ill homeless?

Did I miss it?

I don’t remember anyone who had ‘a merry ole time’ when Mr. Pelosi was attacked. Please give specifics, or otherwise you are just making this up.

Two justices

FOX News and President Trump said the killer of Charlie Kirk was from the left. Jimmie Kimmel said on his show that he was MAGA. Neither were true, but Kimmel got censored.
