Welcome back

College football is back. Now we can focus more on Fansville and less on Cracker Barrel. Thank heavens.

Not the guns

Really, guns just go around shooting people? It’s not the person’s fault? If the gun had not jumped into their hands, they would not have committed the evil act? None of the despicable acts were committed with automatic weapons. Were the shooters on a medication that caused them to act out? The increased use of some medications should be looked into. Did anyone know they were planning to do evil? You can’t stop those with hatred in their hearts. Taking away my legal right just prevents me from protecting myself or others.

Snowflakes

This stupid coverage of a company changing a logo is so sad in the state of world affairs. You act like they put a drag queen and glitter on the sign. They removed an old man and a barrel. Quite frankly, they probably did it because the new sign was cheaper to print. So one more reason to skip the Cracker Barrel: the clientele. I prefer my breakfast with a side of grits, not a side of hatred.

On our own

Tulsi Gabbard said that states know better how to deal with disasters than FEMA. That’s code for it’s a state problem and FEMA will not help.

Liberal nonsense

The assault rifle act of 1994 was allowed to expire, because it had now proven that banning so-called “assault rifles” had zero impact on gun crime. There have been exactly zero military grade weapons produced and sold to the public since 1986, so you can stop worrying about those.

What a joke

President Trump’s “Make America Healthy Again” is humorous, coming from an obese man who routinely eats KFC and McDonalds

Saved?

Thankfully some forms of democracy are still intact. The appeals court has found President Trump’s declaring tariffs on foreign countries as unconstitutional. Will his puppet Republican Congress fall to their knees in support, or chose to protect their constituent consumers. If you think consumer prices are high now, wait until you feel the impacts of huge tariffs.
