Be selective
Trump has now directed raids at Home Depots to catch immigrants. Certainly no Republican, Democrat or Independent wants violent criminals in our country. However, to mass arrest day workers at Home Depot because of skin color is wrong. Being non-white is not probable cause. The majority of these people are actually providing a community service: low cost day labor. The 1% of billionaires already control 90% of our country’s wealth. How about we give minions a break? Arrest those with violent records, not the benign who are day laborers at Home Depot or fruit and vegetable pickers.

In this case, I concede, history should prevail.

The state just received another award as having the worst health care system in the U.S. This as Republicans close rural hospitals, and our brilliant, non-physician Chief of Health Services, Robert Kennedy cuts funding for, you know, the vaccine that saved millions of lives during COVID.
Senator Wicker
Roger Wicker is the chair of the Armed Services Committee and is sitting on his thumbs, while Gaza and Ukraine are being lambasted. None of the Mississippi delegation has public town halls,
