Go away
Wouldn’t it be nice to see California slip off into the Pacific and become its own independent state? Problems solved. What a wonderful chance for Canada or Mexico.
Forget California
I don’t understand why Mississippians are so involved in California’s business. Mississippi is going broke and can’t take care of its own. Perhaps Mississippians should focus on that instead of focusing on California. Or is Mississippi pulling a President Trump move of looking at this so no one looks at him.
Time to worry
Hope I’m wrong, but I’m worried that the uncontrollable free speech and non-peaceful protests may bring our great country into a more divided one, with more damage to property and businesses in these areas of total chaos.
Fight back
Kudos to the president for not allowing protesters to burn Los Angeles to the ground.
Made-up problem
The protests in California were small and limited in one area. The way the media spins it you would think California was invaded by foreign enemies. The abuse of power by President Trump is what you should be outraged about.
C’mon, Mr. Mayor
One of best departing gifts Mayor Hewes could leave to the City of Gulfport would be to use the new painting machine and paint some new stripes on at least the major roads. The current situation is third world at best.
Which is it?
A neighbor is sending conflicting messages. He has a large sign in his yard that says, “Welcome.“ Not far away, he has another sign that says, “Private property, no trespassing.“ Hmmmm.
