Great day

What a fun first visit to Buc-ee’s. The food was great, the bathrooms were spotless and the shirts and souvenirs were neat. Looking forward to making many more trips.

My new stop

For all the worry, it sure wasn’t hard to get in and out of Buc-ee’s on opening day. I almost didn’t go because I was worried about it being too crazy. I’m sure it’ll be even easier once the crowds die down.

Meat lover

I was fully prepared to be underwhelmed by the brisket sandwich at Buc-ee’s. But, oh boy, that was one fine sandwich.

Overrated

Don’t get me wrong, the gas price was very nice. But, aside from that, it’s a gas station, people. Maybe we can all settle down just a little?

Brisket, and more, on the board?

There’s been so much excitement about the opening of the new Buc-ee’s. The brisket has had more than its share of attention. I have to wonder if anyone has ever thought about all of the microdrops of spittle and germs spraying out as they yell out the jingle over the food?

Good luck

After seeing the way folks were driving in the Buc-ee’s parking lot, I can’t imagine it will be long before someone is seriously injured.

What’s next?

Now that Buc-ee’s is finally up, when are we going to get that Bass Pro?
