Not my fault

President Trump says the economy is declining because he’s only been in office 100 days, and it’s a leftover from President Biden’s terrible economics. As to the tariffs’ effect, he says we must be patient. In the meantime, we must stop buying too much.

No surprise

Mississippi’s tourism industry “struggling to find workers.” Gee, I wonder why.

Lackluster celebration

Cinco de Mayo celebrations were kind of tepid this year. Did I miss an executive order banning it? Oh well, it is only a holiday promoting drinking and Mexican food, which we Americans love! Most don’t even know what it is other than the name.

Beware

Don’t for a minute think South Mississippi isn’t a major corridor for human trafficking and drug smuggling.

Too safe?

According to Democrats and the liberal media, the border is now over-secured. Is that all you’ve got? This is becoming pitiful folks. Geez, get a life and a narrative.

Facts are bad

NPR and PBS have been defunded because their programs support liberal ideas? That includes history, I guess. I wish the First Amendment was as protected as the Second Amendment. We pick and choose the Constitution like we do the Bible.

Relief

I know a lot of folks are struggling, but good news from the president: Alcatraz has been ordered reopened and foreign films have been hit with a 100% tariff. I, for one, feel better already.

Blue wave

President Trump’s last mid-terms are going to pale in comparison to the tsunami coming next year. Every single item, including immigration, will doom the GOP since every single Republican is owning Trump’s idiotic approaches to the economy, foreign policy, nonsensical slashings of much-liked agencies, defunding the military and of course, the daily press time he so relishes.

Good job

President Trump deserves commendation for following through on many of the promises he made during his campaign, a trait not often seen in modern politics. From taking decisive action to secure the southern border and stem the tide of illegal immigration, to exposing deep-rooted fraud, waste, and abuse within the federal bureaucracy, he consistently prioritized the interests of the American people. His push to restore U.S. energy independence reinvigorated domestic production and reduced reliance on foreign powers. Additionally, his appointment of highly capable individuals to key positions brought a results-oriented approach to leadership that aimed to challenge the status quo and get things done.

It’s a party

The U.S. Army and President Trump are planning a massive parade in Washington D.C. on Trump’s birthday. He always admired China and North Korea’s parades. A show of strength instead of diplomacy. A reminder of who is in control of our military.

DOGE

Great job by DOGE going after all that fraud and abuse so the President could have enough money to travel to Florida every other weekend and throw himself a big parade.

Share the blame

President Trump is asking the Republicans in Congress to assume responsibility for DOGE’s cuts. Either he wants to shift the blame in case it goes south or he is daring the cowardly Republicans to voice their approval.
