So sad

The death of little Gracelynn is such a tragedy. May her grieving family find peace.

The Fed

One thing little talked about is the effect of lower interest rates on conservative money savers. They have paid the high price of receiving very little return on their money for ten years as the Fed kept interest rates at near zero to revive the economy after the excesses of the real estate bust of the 80s. We (savers) would like some return on our money to combat the inflation that the president’s tariff war has created. The president should let the Fed do what they were designed to do without political influence.

The border

It sure is nice to not read stories and see photos and video every day about our wide-open Southern border.

Trump vs. Pope

In the name of all that is holy, please President Trump, pause your vitriolic rhetoric about things Pope Francis and you disagreed on. At least wait until he’s buried. It’s not all about you. Now that there’s an opening at the Vatican, perhaps you will through your hat into the ring for consideration. After all, you’ve tried to rule as King of the U.S., Greenland and Gaza. Why not add “Pope Donald” to your list of embellished accomplishments?

Media’s fault?

The Democratic party has fallen so far that Democrats are now blaming the media for going over the cliff.

It sure seems that President Trump and Elon Musk are catching a lot of grief for doing things that every administration has done ... or said it would do.

Stock market

My investments just told me they sure wish President Trump would keep Jerome Powell’s name out of his know-nothing mouth.

So now the Democrats are hanging their hopes on AOC and Bernie Sanders? It doesn’t matter what President Trump does for the next four years. Neither of them has a snowball’s chance of being president.

Missing Trumps?

It’s pretty bad look when you are president of the United States of America and no one in your family wants to spend Easter with you.

You mean to tell me a guy with no management experience to speak of is having trouble running the Department of Defense? Gosh, what a surprise.

Put your name on it

There sure seem to be a lot of folks speaking anonymously about the Trump administration. It sure would be nice if some folks would put their names behind what they’re saying.

Did he mean it?

Sec. Hegseth sure said some powerful things about Hillary Clinton and her alleged mishandling of classified information. It would be nice if he held himself to that same standard.
