Saving seafood
Credit should go to President Trump for his efforts to save the seafood industry in America though his recent executive order.
Gold cards
The Trump administration is selling immigration “gold cards” for $5 million each. One might expect this abomination from an egotistical, maniacal, tyrant; not the President of the U.S. This is not the same country in which I was raised. Our nation, which used to be the “land of the free, and home of the brave” has become a reality show complete with clowns and court jesters. Surely our founding fathers did not envision anything like this. What’s next…Trump’s image on the Mega Millions lottery tickets?
It’s time
Recently, Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski said the Republicans are all afraid of President Trump’s retaliation should they speak out against him. Well, the time has come for the United States to find a Joseph Welch, a man with sufficient intestinal fortitude in 1954 to stand against the bully of the day, Republican Sen. Joseph McCarthy, by stating on a nationally broadcast Senate committee hearing “Until this moment, Senator, I think I never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness. You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency, Sir, at long last?”
Unwanted texts
I really am getting tired of receiving unwanted texts for things like extended car warranties and American war plans.
Seesaw diplomacy
What game/scam is President Trump playing? Is he tanking stocks so that people with money can buy low? Or is he playing chicken and caves when it doesn’t work? Or worst, does he not know what he is doing?
Who could have seen this coming?
You mean to tell me the man with a boatload of bankruptcies, one who couldn’t make money operating a casino, isn’t good for the economy? I can’t believe it.
Sec. Hegseth
Isn’t it time we lay off Sec. Pete Hegseth. He made a mistake and has worked to rectify it.
