Maryland man

I can’t believe someone would actually post that the man deported to El Salvador was a citizen of the United States. Wrongly deported or not, the man was an illegal immigrant, not a Maryland or U.S. citizen. He is married to a U.S. citizen.

Not presidential

Recent remarks by President Trump include: “No one leads us. We do what we want,” and “These countries are all calling us up, kissing my ass.” There has never been a U.S. president behave this way. This impudent behavior is more aligned with that of an authoritarian dictator rather than a person elected by a democratic republic and the leader of the free world. If Trump is allowed to continue unabated, I fear he will eventually eliminate the judicial and legislative branches of government. Only the executive branch will rule us as a tyrant. History tells us this form of totalitarian rule never succeeds and eventually the people will revolt.

College football

NIL has changed college football. Referencing a Rick Cleveland news article, Nico Iamaleava signed at QB with the Tennessee Vols for 4 years at 8 million, then wanted more money, which was denied, and he is now in the transfer portal. You are no longer rooting for college students playing for your school, you are rooting for professionals. To quote Rick Cleveland, “It has become pro football without the rules.” Sports is becoming less and less like the great movie “Hoosiers” with the late great Gene Hackman.

Joe Biden showed up in Chicago, claiming that the nation has never been this divided. All 7 swing states and the popular vote is far from divided. Back to the basement, please.

No news

Why hasn’t MAGA-friendly “news” covered anything about the peace President Trump was supposed to broker between Russia and Ukraine or Israel and Hamas? No coverage is as bad as fake news.

Hate

Standing up for injustices is not hate. Don’t get it twisted if someone calls out your bad behavior. Saying someone hates you is deflecting from the acts of hatred being committed.

No outrage?

So, President Trump spends most weekends playing golf at one of his resorts using taxpayer’s dollars. What is wrong with this?
