Sand on the road

Every time there is a strong wind, sand blows all over the highway, making driving dangerous. The Biloxi mayor and his advisors have found a way to minimize and even stop this on the east end of Biloxi. The Harrison County supervisors need to get on board with this so that the rest of the beach and highway can be protected. This has been going on too long and is way too costly to allow this to continue.

Tariffs don’t work

President Clinton enacted the North American Free Trade Act in 1994, eliminating tariffs, and then completely eliminated the national debt by the end of his presidency. Trump replaced NAFTA with his USMCA on July 1, 2020, praising it as the greatest trade deal ever seen. Now he’s lambasting it as the worst agreement ever and wonders who would sign such a horrible deal. It is projected to add $4.6 trillion to the deficit by the end of this term.

Elon Musk

Did anyone notice that Elon Musk received a multi billion contract from our federal government? This while tons of government agencies are short staffed due to mass firings.

Not turncoats

A recent writer called Sens. Murkowski, McConnell, and Collins turncoats. In fact, they are the exact opposite. They are heroes. They are representing all of their constituents which is why they are getting continuously re-elected. They work across the aisle on critical issues, which is called Democracy — by the people for the people. It’s not by Republicans for Republicans or by Democrats for Democrats. It’s that mentality that may end Democracy.

MAGA

Not everyone will admit it, but everyone knows almost all that MAGA memorabilia comes from China.

Russian tariffs

The reason Russia as well as Iran, North Korea, Belarus and Venezuela are not included in the tariff hikes is because they are already under stiff sanctions. Russia’s sanctions are due to the invasion of Ukraine. Look up the facts before accusing the President of being a Russian asset.

Cybercash

If you see a Cybertruck’s tailgate fall off, pick up the batteries as they tumble out. Ninety five percent of the precious metals in them are recyclable and worth more than the meme coins being hawked at the White House.
