Extraordinary
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States has had to taken an extraordinary measure. Chief Justice Roberts has publicly rebuked President Trump’s call to “impeach” a federal judge who ruled against Trump. Trump called the deciding judge “rogue.” Roberts had to remind Trump that, for two centuries of legal process, there has been an appropriate manner to address a judge’s decision — it’s called the appeals process. Trump clearly believes he is above the law and constitutional processes.
Firings
We should all be so lucky to find someone who loves us as much as President Trump loves illegally firing people.
Inflation
I wasn’t aware inflation was ’soaring’. Thanks you for bring that ‘fact’ to my attention.
Good Venezuelans
I am all for President Trump’s drive to rid our country of vicious Venezuelans, but I’m concerned that all the talk about bad Venezuelans is programming us to feel hostile toward good Venezuelans as well. Many of the Venezuelans who flee to the US are good people who are fleeing with their families from the kind of vicious Venezuelans whom President Trump is trying to expel from the US and who are causing dreadful violence and poverty in Venezuela. We should sympathize with, even admire, the good Venezuelans. WWJD?
Be real
Be honest with yourself. The VA, like FEMA, is a bloated federal waste. You pass on people because of a Trump flag or T-shirt. It’s been proven time and again.
Thanks, Elon
Elon Musk and his nerds have brought the American astronauts home after 9 months stranded in space at the ISS. His reward? Liberal democrats burn his Tesla dealerships.
We have laws
March 15, 2025, was the final blow to our democracy. President Trump defied a federal judge who told him he could not deport Venezuelan gang members living in the U.S. without first investigating each person. That is our rule of law. Trump deported them en masse, anyway. If we do not have to abide by the rules of our courts, how can we keep law and order?
