What bird flu?

I see President Trump quickly resolved the bird flu problem. He laid off a bunch of folks at the Centers for Disease Control and then another bunch at USDA who were overseeing the response. No visibility, no response ... no problem. Now the price of eggs will surely drop.

About time

If even half the things that are allegedly being found are true, the DOGE team’s work is something we should all appreciate.

Speak up

Americans better start speaking up against President Trump. None of his decisions are making America great again. He’s destroying it.

Reporters banned

I saw where President Trump banned reporters from the Oval Office and Air Force One for not using his preferred name for the Gulf of Mexico. Score another victory for President Free Speech and Team Limited Government?

FEMA

Our president says emergency assistance, such as provided by FEMA, should be done by the states. Our governor wants to cut taxes. Do we have an emergency fund to take care of a catastrophe like Katrina? Should we be creating a funding source for the next hurricane that will eventually hit Mississippi? NC residents are complaining about the FEMA process. How about we fix the process rather than eliminate FEMA with nothing to replace it?

Needs to be done

Mistakes might be made, but the auditing of the federal government is long overdue.

Remember all those stickers on gas pumps during the Biden administration? I trust we’ll be seeing them soon on all the egg cases at our local stores.
