Light is on

When the light shines into the darkness it allows one to see what’s there. Now we are discovering where our tax dollars are going. This discovery is causing certain groups to protest, scream out obscenities, and promote violence in order to get the light turned off! If these folks are elected officials then it’s time to vote them out; and if these folks are not elected federal employees then it’s time for them to either resign or be fired because none of them are there to protect and allocate our tax dollars wisely.

Auditing

Auditing government spending and making adjustments as needed is fine. That is not what is happening now. It takes time and expertise to audit a system. What is happening now is simply the slashing of programs that aid and protect the general population while protecting big business and billionaires.

Good work

Hats off to President Trump for moving forward to quickly shrink our bloated federal government. Unbelievable the millions of dollars in our tax money being wasted thru dastardly and politically motivated NGOs.

DOGE

In reality what is really happening with President Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency is the elimination of all watchdogs. They are eliminating a large majority of Congressionally approved watchdog agencies, from the Consumer Protection Bureau to the FBI. Inspector Generals from across government are being fired. They don’t want transparency, they want zero oversight with full control of government.

Gibberish

The Super Bowl’s country-pop genre was bad enough, but this gibber-chant stuff is weird.

Who’s the boss?

Becoming president may have kept him out of jail, but the visual of Elon Musk standing over a subservient President Trump in the Oval Office is quite telling.

Exhausted

I catch up on the latest news ever morning, but lately I’m just exhausted. There is so much chaos and so many mixed messages, it like a puzzle. I’m assuming this is intentional, either a distraction or disorganized chaos.
