Congratulations

Incredible that the Kansas City Chiefs could make it to three straight Super Bowls. All it took was a generational quarterback, a stout defense, and a league full of officials making sure all the big calls went their way.

Pronouns

I don’t care one way or the other about removing certain pronouns from government email signatures, and at this point, it wouldn’t bother me to see all pronouns removed from all social media platform posts.

Own it

The Republicans are not doing their jobs of overseeing that the president is not overstepping. Yes, President Trump was elected. So were they — to represent our interests. It is clear they have another agenda, and it isn’t to protect us.

No more privacy

I used to get notices assuring me that my personal information would not be shared. Now Elon Musk has access to all government records. I’m a retired government employee, so I’m concerned, and you should be, too. The worst part is that our elected officials in Congress are letting him do it.

Don’t be mad

If Joe Biden’s presidency hadn’t been such an unmitigated disaster, maybe Elon Musk wouldn’t need to fumigate the federal government.

That was quick

It only took President Trump one day to recognize his absurd tariffs would jar the stock market and he backed off.

America first

I’m old enough to remember when President Trump ran for president on a platform of bringing egg prices down and staying out of foreign entanglements.
