Bad logo

“Make Seafood Great Again” is a bad slogan, since President-elect Trump wants to “Drill baby Drill.”

Catfish

While y’all are snooping around checking if seafood sold locally is Gulf seafood, let’s don’t stop there. Check where the catfish is coming from. Thanks for calling these people out.

Saboteur-in-Chief

President Biden is hard at work on sabotaging the incoming administration. In his latest act, he has moved to extend temporary protected status to hundreds of thousands illegal migrants from Venezuela and El Salvador.

Illegal firefighters

There have been hundreds of firefighters from South Africa, Canada, Mexico, and numerous other countries helping to battle the Los Angeles wildfires. These are the same heroes that Trump wants to keep out of our country. I wonder if he’ll deport them before the fires are out?

Fires

The time to point fingers is after the fires are put out. Use this negative energy to help now.

Disaster

The wildfires are obviously a failure of leadership and policies that has led to a disaster still in the making. Reminds one of the politicians in place in Gautier.

Irony

The Republican Party screams about so called dark money and the “deep state” of Democrats. Yet, on the front page of the Sun Herald it comments on the Mississippi billionaire Huff brothers and their political investments (for decades) as the wealthiest in Mississippi to ensure “conservative leadership at every level.” Republicans have the richest Americans (like Elon Musk) and are buying control of democracy thanks to democracy destroying “Citizens United” Supreme Court decision giving donors unlimited contributions to politicians enabling their ownership of social and TV media.
