National debt

The whole point about the national debt is that it is unsustainable and every recent president has added trillions to it. Nitpicking which one was worse matters not. Donald Trump is going to add many more trillions to and and it doesn’t concern him in the least as long as it furthers his authoritarian agenda. Sooner or later, we must have a president who can make a budget and stick to it, and stop the ridiculous threat of a government shutdown every two or three months.

Gulf of America

Right, Donnie. Let’s see you pull that one off. I’m sure it’ll go over as well as all those freedom fries. Also looking forward to Canada as the 51st state, owning Greenland and the Panama Canal and all the other nonsensical promises he’s made and will make.

MAGA

As soon as Donald Trump can threaten enough senators to confirm the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as secretary of HHS, and Kennedy bans the Polio vaccine, MAGA will have officially changed its name from Make America Great Again to Make America Grieve again.

Truth hurts

It didn’t take long for the new administration to pressure social media giants to get rid of their fact-checking software and fact-checkers. We are now one step closer to state-run media like Russia, North Korea and China. Perhaps far right MAGA means Make America Gasp Again. Meanwhile, Donald Trump is trying to block release of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s long investigation into Trump’s failed attempt to stop the peaceful transfer of power on Jan. 6 and stealing boxes of classified government documents and refusing to return them. Expect it to also be swept under the rug.

Already presidential

Donald Trump hasn’t even taken office and already he’s looking and sounding more presidential than Joe Biden did in four years.

Hope and pray

Donald Trump is unfit and incapable of being president, but we have him. He had qualified people around him the first time, but won’t this time. He has Elon Musk — a billionaire that Trump admires because he’s richer than the Donald. That doesn’t look good for ordinary people that just need taxes removed from our groceries and want to keep us out of war.

Global warming

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I sure could go for a dose of that global warming right about now.
